Liability For Delays
The carrier shall not be held liable for delays caused by an Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, hazards of danger due to a state of war (declared or undeclared), accidents, breakdown, hazardous weather conditions, and other conditions beyond the control of the carrier. The carrier does not guarantee to endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agent or employee. The carrier is not to be held liable in any way for a failure to maintain its schedule.
The carrier reserves the right to refuse transport or to discontinue transport of any person who, in the carrier’s judgment, is incapable of taking care of himself or herself or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to or a danger to other persons, the driver, or the vehicle.
Underage Drinking, Drugs and Smoking Policy
All our chauffeurs undergo criminal background checks and drug testing. They are trained to enforce a zero tolerance policy prohibiting underage drinking and illegal drug usage in our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.
Damage To The Vehicle
The actual cost of repairs for any damages done to the vehicle’s interior or exterior by a party is to be paid by the party chartering the vehicle. Passengers vomiting in the vehicle will be charged a sanitation fee of $250. $100 per cigarette burn on carpet or seat.
Payment by check requires 1 week payment in advance.
There will be a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
Cancellations & No-Shows
All cancellations require a four (4) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
** Cancellations not made within the four hours of the scheduled pick-up or No-Shows will be billed at full rate.
** Exceptions made when airlines cancel flight at last minute.
Any and all changes made to travel itinerary must be communicated to Odyssey Transportation as soon as possible (i.e. missed flights, earlier flight via stand-by, changed flight, etc.)
NO SHOWS or order not cancelled within four hours of scheduled pick up time will be charged/billed at FULL FARE.

Applied 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up time at $1.00/minute or $60.00 per hour. Waiting time charges on airport transfers begin one hour after landing for domestic arrivals and one hour and fifteen minutes after landing for international arrivals.
A $ 20.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on:
Fourth of July
New Year’s Day
All special events require 20% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond capacity.
